Review on IBM Services and Access Management Tools/Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, IBM Verify CIAM is evolving to blend enterprise-grade access control with consumer‑grade UX and orchestration—delivering scalable, compliant, and intelligent identity models for both B2C and hybrid IAM use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Verify CIAM is praised for its robust security, but recent reviews note the admin dashboard is sluggish and feels outdated—slowing navigation and setup in real‑world use cases. Many teams new to identity management also find that configuring OIDC/OAuth flows is laborious, and the documentation—though technically comprehensive—is too dense without quick‑start guide. To sharpen its position—in particular for mid‑market CIAM deployments—Verify would benefit from refreshing its UX, adding onboarding wizards, expanding its prebuilt connector library, simplifying documentation, and improving support responsiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
