I use it for marketing automation, mainly for managing campaigns, email outreach, lead scoring, and integrating with our CRM.
The pre-configured setup made it easy to get started without spending time on complex installations.

It helped me streamline our entire marketing workflow.
Earlier, sending bulk campaigns and tracking engagement was a challenge, but with Mautic, I have complete visibility on leads, emails, and conversions.
Intuz’s setup was clean, stable, and ready to use right away, which saved me time and effort.
The campaign builder and email automation features are the most useful.
The dashboard makes it easy to analyze campaign performance and engagement rates.
I also appreciated how easily it integrates with external CRMs and web forms.
The product is already solid.
However, adding a few ready-made templates for landing pages and more detailed analytics would make it even better for marketing teams.
I have used it for around 10 months.
I previously used HubSpot’s free tier, but it was too limited for advanced automation.
Mautic gave me the flexibility and control I needed, especially when hosted on AWS.
The pricing is very reasonable, and since it’s open-source, I only pay for AWS usage.
It’s a great option for startups and SMEs who want enterprise-grade marketing automation without paying premium SaaS costs.
I compared Mautic with HubSpot and Mailchimp.
Mautic stood out because it’s open-source, customizable, and cost-effective when deployed via AWS Marketplace.
If you’re planning to run marketing automation on AWS, this is one of the easiest and most reliable stacks to start with.
The pre-configured setup works out of the box, and Intuz provides excellent documentation and quick support when needed.
As per document they are saying, but I am in Mumbai region and it not support cloud shell, then how I can login in my VM
Document: -
Shell/Terminal
- sudo chmod 400 "yourpemkeyname.pem"
- ssh -i "yourpemkeyname.pem"ubuntu@yourinstanceip
I was able to install the Image in just a few minutes but afterward, I couldn't access the Mautic dashboard because my login URL wouldn't resolve. The Intuz support team solved my issue the same day and I learned something new in the process!
