    Responsive and AI-Driven Security Solution

    Reviewed on Sep 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Adaptive Security has a strong customer focus and they're very responsive to customer needs. They've been iterating quickly, taking feedback, and addressing problems, which means I deal less with issues and feel more at ease with them as a vendor. This strong focus on improvement makes their service better for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of the training modules and the collections could use some work. While they've added more content in their information security training, they still don't have a lot, and the management tools are lacking. You can't create new collections, and copying training campaigns between different types is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security offers good KPIs for security training and AI features for phishing remediation, significantly reducing my workload.

Modern, Intuitive Platform That Makes Phishing and Training Easy to Manage

    Reviewed on Sep 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest, I wasn’t looking to rip and replace our human risk tool, but I was unhappy enough with our old one that I took a cold call from Adaptive. It turned out to be a good move. I handled the contract and still manage the platform day to day, and I’ve been really pleased with how modern and intuitive the interface feels. The scenario catalog is constantly updated, and the sheer size of the vendor catalog makes it easy to tailor our phishing and training campaigns to what we actually need. Administering the system is a breeze. Whether I’m scheduling a one-time test or setting up recurring training, it’s straightforward to manage and it genuinely keeps employees engaged. Overall, I finally feel like I have a solid read on our internal human risk posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not perfect. The AI persona creation feels a bit limited right now. Updating follow-up content also requires manual HTML edits, which is a real pain. Executive reporting needs improvement too—sharing dashboards with organizational leaders so they can easily digest the stats is far more cumbersome than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with high admin overhead and outdated phishing templates with our previous vendor. It took too much effort to build and maintain campaigns, and we still weren't getting a clear picture of our overall human risk posture. Adaptive simplified campaign setup and ongoing management, freeing up time I used to spend on routine admin tasks. The platform's massive content library and vendor catalog make it easy to push out realistic, highly relevant simulations. As the person managing the tool day-to-day, it lets me keep employees engaged effortlessly while giving me real, trend-based insight into risk across the team.

The platform is easy to use and has a modern user interface, and the support articles are genuinely helpful. Right out of the box, you get a substantial catalog of polished, ready-made training content that covers everything from phishing fundamentals to newer AI-powered social engineering threats. We switched from our incumbent — modern AI-threat training at the same price

    Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The training content keeps pace with real threats — deepfake and AI voice-phishing modules that were refreshed this year, alongside HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA compliance courses and per-language secure-coding tracks, so one platform covers all-staff awareness and role-based training. The Conan O'Brien-hosted versions of the core modules make required training a much easier sell to the team. Okta SCIM provisioning, a public API, and outbound webhooks make it fit an identity-driven stack, and the admin console makes campaign and new-hire trigger setup quick. We evaluated it head-to-head against our incumbent (Infosec IQ) and switched at the same price point. Generally it's superior to our incumbent in every way for the same price.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native connectors for GRC platforms like Vanta or Drata — completion evidence has to go through the API or a custom training URL rather than a first-class integration, which matters when training records feed SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / HIPAA audits. The SCIM schema documentation around the locale attribute cost us setup time on the Okta side. And when our IdP roster and the Adaptive roster drifted apart (a provisioning issue on our side), nothing in Adaptive flagged the gap — headcount-drift alerting against the identity source would have caught it far sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a ~160-person SaaS company serving regulated healthcare customers, so annual security awareness training plus HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA modules are contractual and framework obligations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), not nice-to-haves. Adaptive gives us one platform for the annual all-staff campaign, role-based tracks (secure coding for engineers), automatic new-hire enrollment via Okta, and phishing simulation — including AI/deepfake scenarios that match what our people actually face now. The completion records become our audit evidence across a workforce spread over the US, Australia, UK, Bosnia, and Vietnam.

Adaptive with AI assistance is very interesting and useful. The training modules and phishing simulations are customizable, which helps tailor the experience to our needs. The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. It’s also easy to integrate and set up with other security platforms, and the overall functionality feels responsive. The pricing is acceptable, and the support team responds very well, making onboarding straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
