User-Friendly Platform with Realistic Simulations and Quick Trainings
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. The phishing simulations are realistic but approachable, and the short trainings make it easy for everyone—from staff to management—to stay aware and informed.

Nothing to dislike. Everything runs smoothly and customer success is great

Adaptive helps create a culture of cybersecurity awareness across our organization. It’s improved employee alertness to phishing attempts and made training simple to complete and manage.
Customizable Training and Seamless Integrations with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create fully fledged and custom highly specific training with the AI generator.
I like that they have enterprise plugins ready to go like SCIM and Office365 integrations that are easy to set up.
Customer service has been great as well for all my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a "a la carte" option where end users can login and take trainings, currently we have to manually assign all trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small InfoSec team. Adaptive lets us easily make hyper targeting training if needed by using their AI training module creator. These generated trainings have been fantastic and with the inclusion of OSINT it makes the trainings very personalized to our org.
"Real World" Training and Phishing Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the platform’s ability to combine education with real-world testing. The phishing tests provide valuable insights into user behavior, while the training modules reinforce good practices immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, maybe some of the customization options for phishing templates could be more flexible (even though they can be customized), maybe when tailoring campaigns to specific departments or threat types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security helps us reduce human-related security risks by ensuring employees recognize phishing attempts and follow safe digital practices. It has significantly improved our staff’s awareness, reduced risky behaviors, and strengthened our overall security posture.
Outstanding Analytics Platform with Strong Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The depth of its simulations and the quality of AI-driven training content are impressive. The platform provides measurable behavioral improvements and integrates seamlessly into existing compliance workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for deeper analytics on long-term employee behavior trends – what’s there now is strong, but I’d like to see even more strategic data visualization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive has streamlined how we identify and address human risk. It’s allowed us to tie awareness training directly to measurable risk reduction, which strengthens our compliance and audit readiness.
Adaptive makes SAT Management Effortless with Cool AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
The automation is excellent - once campaigns are set, everything runs smoothly. The phishing simulations are realistic, and employees actually enjoy the training, which is rare for SAT tools. Adaptive Security also has AI deepfake phishing/vishing simulations, which I have never seen before. Employees have commented how interesting and frightening it is to see a deepfake of the CEO in a phishing simulation. Much better product than Knowbe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Adaptive Security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive reduces the time needed to manage campaigns while improving completion rates and phishing resilience across our workforce. We find the phishing simulations and trainings more realistic than Knowbe4. Moreover, our failure rates are trending down due to the great training modules.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its user-friendly interface, responsive customer support, and robust integration features. I also found the implementation process to be straightforward and hassle-free. API allows us additional reading and action taking using third party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that group management is still under development. The user interface does not always reflect the API output accurately, and sometimes it takes a considerable amount of time for conditions to be applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness training, annual compliance trainings, and contractor training programs are all handled by Adaptive.
High-quality training and reliable support drive better learning
What do you like best about the product?
The training material is concise, engaging, and highly relevant. Adaptove is clearly built with real learning needs in mind. The AI Content Creator makes it easy to tailor resources for our teams, and the phishing simulations are realistic and straightforward to administer and have increased our awareness significantly! Although I was not involved in the implementation directly, my teams have informed me that it was a quick, smooth process and as a team we find ourselves logging in almost daily to review content and create campaigns!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to identify anything I dislike! The Customer Support team have been excellent at providing support, always within 24 hours and have taken my feedback and suggestions onboard. It would be great to have more General Harassment training available, building on the already great catalogue which is focused on Sexual harassment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive supports the development of a security-aware culture by delivering engaging, evidence-based learning. It has improved completion rates and enhanced employees’ recognition and response to phishing and social engineering activities.
Seamless Phishing Protection with Modern Training and Effective Teams Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Security’s Outlook-level phishing integration uses direct mail injection (DMI) to avoid the usual email-gateway link scanning, which cuts down on false positives and keeps simulations from getting mangled on the way in. The Teams nudges give you a second, harder-to-ignore channel for reminders instead of relying on email blasts that vanish into inbox noise. The training material stays current and has a clean, modern presentation that doesn’t feel dated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One place where the platform could step up is its reporting. The metrics themselves are solid, but the tool doesn’t offer much flexibility in how that data is presented. For example, you can view percentage-based completion on the dashboard, but you can’t generate that same view in the reporting section, where it matters for exports and stakeholder reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security addresses the common shortcomings of traditional security awareness programs, such as users becoming disengaged, outdated training materials, and phishing simulations that are often disrupted by email security systems. By delivering simulated phishing emails directly into Outlook, it avoids the usual gateway scanners that can break links or cause false alarms, resulting in more authentic and effective phishing tests that mirror real-world threats. Its behavioral nudges, like prompts through Teams, help overcome inbox fatigue by reaching employees in the platforms they use most, reinforcing positive security habits without relying solely on emails that are easily overlooked. The platform also ensures that training content remains up-to-date and visually appealing, which helps prevent the boredom that often comes with mandatory training. Altogether, these features tackle the core challenge: encouraging users to stay alert, practice safe behaviors, and develop instincts that help protect the organization from phishing and social engineering attacks.

The deepfake and OSINT-based phishing simulations are impressively realistic. Adaptive elevates traditional awareness training by incorporating automation and analytics, which provide clear insights into how our users are progressing over time.

Sometimes, new modules are released more quickly than our team can test them, but the enhancements they bring are consistently valuable and straightforward to learn.

Adaptive enables us to simulate real-world threats, automate phishing campaigns, and deliver focused training to users who are most at risk. This not only saves us time but also ensures our training remains aligned with the latest attack trends.
