Cutting-Edge AI Training and Effortless Campaign Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how advanced their AI-based training and simulated 'attack' scenarios are. Setting up testing campaigns is straightforward, thanks to the regularly updated training materials. In the past, with other products, I had to manually update content by adding new material and removing outdated resources, but that's no longer necessary here. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with—from sales to engineering—was genuinely helpful and pleasant to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I haven't encountered anything that has been frustrating or failed to work as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness training, along with simulated phishing attacks, helps ensure that my users remain vigilant about existing threats. It teaches them how to recognize these dangers and avoid falling victim to such attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive’s automation, analytics, and AI-driven phishing capabilities are a perfect combination. It helps us build awareness programs that reflect real-world threats while keeping users genuinely engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outbound deepfake and vishing testing aren’t available yet due to current regulatory limits, but once cleared, they’ll make the platform even more comprehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive has turned awareness from a manual checkbox task into a data-backed risk program. It gives clear insight into how employees behave under real threat scenarios and helps us drive measurable improvement across departments.
User-Friendly Modules and Reports, Just Needs Customizable Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Adaptive for the quick and easy to understand modules. The feedback from our employees was very positive. The reports and metrics are also easy to use to help manage compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have enjoy the platform. The only additional feature I would suggest is the ability to customize the emails so that they look more like they are coming from our HR team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive helps us to ensure that all of our employees are up to date on the latest cyber security threats and helps us to stay compliant in our training. It has helped to make everyone aware of the importance of cyber security.

The simulations feel like real attacks, from phishing and smishing to deepfakes, which makes training relevant and effective. Can use different channels like Teams, Voice Mail, Email, among others. The reporting tools clearly show progress across teams.

Some of the deeper analytics require additional configuration to unlock their full potential, which takes a bit of upfront effort for first-time admins.

Adaptive helps us test, train, and track user readiness against evolving social engineering tactics, giving us clear, actionable insights to strengthen our defense posture.

It’s easy to launch phishing simulations, track employee progress, and automate training—all from a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that when using the Phish Alert plugin, you have to log in with your account.

Adaptive saves time by automating phishing tests and compliance training. It also helps us identify weak points in user awareness and strengthen them proactively.

Adaptive’s phishing simulations and training are modern and realistic. The AI-driven modules make employees think twice before clicking, and it’s easy for IT to manage everything from one dashboard.

Nothing major. We have enjoyed our experience with Adaptive.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how seamless adaptive security was to set up. The support has been great, ensuring we benefit fully from the software. The regular cybersecurity training keeps our staff alert and informed about the latest trends. Integrating with our Microsoft suite has been seamless. Overall, it's keeping our team cautious and cybersecurity-aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still developing the Phish Triage tool. I'm hopeful it will keep getting better and better!

I find the product keeps us informed on cybersecurity risks, making our staff more cautious and up-to-date with regular training, thus enhancing our team's cybersecurity awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience partnering with Adaptive has been highly positive thanks to their responsive, knowledgeable support team and their willingness to collaborate on roadmap priorities. They are easy to work with, open to feedback, and provide clarity around feature enhancements and timelines. The variety of features available has enabled us to build a more targeted and effective security awareness program, allowing for tailored content, engaging delivery, and measurable impact across different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor areas for improvement include increasing the flexibility of content customization within the platform. This would help align training materials more closely with our internal messaging, tone, and audience needs. Additionally, allowing individual edits to employee information, such as updating user details or making case-specific changes, would improve administrative control and support more accurate user management in dynamic environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their training enables us to better train our employees on emerging threats.

The AI-driven phishing campaigns are quite helpful, and the updated infosec trainings feel much more modern and relevant. We love the AI personas functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor technical bugs. However, Support team is fantastic and always responds to these very quickly.

Keeping employees up-to-date on modern infosec threats in a fashion that is both helpful and informative. Prior solutions we used were outdated and did not have the AI functionality we needed.
Using Adaptive Technologies has improved our workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Their team took the time to understand our needs and delivered solutions that were both innovative and easy to use. The implementation process was smooth, and any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. It was really easy to integrate Adaptive with Microsoft so that our users can receive emails about trainings and modules that need to be completed. Adaptive is used on a daily basis at our company. I also truly like the phishing button that can be integrated into outlook, our users use it often and the fact that it takes out the phishing email from everyone's mailbox once one user marks it as phishing makes things so much easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for quick plug-and-play solutions, the level of tailoring they provide might feel overwhelming or unnecessary for basic needs. I feel the dashboard could be a bit easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was really hard for us to drill into our employees what a phishing email is or what to look for in a fake email. Ever since we implemented Adaptive we have noticed there are less users clicking on stuff they shouldn't and that they're using the phishing button in outlook.
