Effective Security Training with Stellar Results

    Reviewed on Aug 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Adaptive Security for training my team in all things security, and it's given really good results. The training has made people much more aware of spam and phishing, beyond just emails. I love how easy it is to use and how effective it is. The UI is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to interact with and adapt to my needs. It also provides concrete numbers for reporting and offers good trainings for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could issue prizes easier. I'd like more options to let the top 3 choose a prize and set times for contests to see how they do with trainings and spotting emails. It would be great if there was more gamification, with actual prizes for them to win, like gift cards or others, even if the business funds the prizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Adaptive Security to train my team in security, increasing their awareness of threats like spam and phishing. It provides concrete numbers to report to my boss and delivers effective training results.

Intuitive Security Tool with Dynamic Phishing Simulations

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Adaptive Security is easy to use and intuitive. The dynamic phishing simulations are great because they generate unique training based on the user's role. I also appreciate that the custom training slide decks are straightforward to use and build, thanks to the Adaptive AI product. It's automated, so I save time on creating slide decks for training since it does it for me. The integration with email and our compliance tracking tool fits well into our existing workflow. The initial setup was very easy, and it suits our company's security training needs well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google employee mapping attributes feature is a bit of a hassle; we spend a lot of time pulling in more attributes, but it seems like Adaptive Security doesn't know how to honor them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Adaptive Security for automated, dynamic phishing simulations that are tailored to user roles, making it easy and intuitive for me. It also reduces my time spent on creating training materials by automating custom slide decks.

What do you like best about the product?
The modern capabilities with AI ability to create convincing deepfakes and learning materials
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have seen so far is the learning curve associated with using a new product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The modules, training, and phishing simulations are far more advanced than our previous product KnowBe4. We also have a customer success manager that is very helpful.

Effortless Phishing Detection and Stellar Support

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Adaptive Security provides a higher level of identification for phishing and undesirable emails. It's a platform where staff can enhance their skills at identifying malicious emails. The product is easy to use, and the support has been fantastic. Setting it up has been relatively simple, thanks to the thorough instructions. Plus, they provide a dedicated individual to assist us, making the process even simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the cost is competitive, it can also be financially challanging for an organization of our size. Deeper discounts for non-profits and educational institutions would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Adaptive Security to identify phishing emails, various deep fakes, and to train our staff to recognize malicious messages, boosting our email and phone/voice security.

Great product and an even better team

    Reviewed on Aug 14, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Security has been excellent from day one. The product is intuitive, effective, and clearly built around real-world security needs rather than unnecessary complexity. What has stood out just as much is the team — easily one of the best sales and customer support experiences we’ve had with any software vendor. They are responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we get value from the platform. Overall, we’ve been extremely happy with both the product and the company behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
NothingNothing significant so far. Our experience has been very positive across both the product and the team. If anything, I’d just like to see the platform continue expanding its capabilities as the threat landscape evolves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security helps us reduce phishing and social engineering risk across the team. It’s easy to use, gives us good visibility, and helps us catch weak spots before they become real problems.

Relevant, Up-to-Date Content That Builds Awareness of Emerging Threats

What do you like best about the product?
The content feels both relevant and up to date, and the AI helps us replicate scenarios and build awareness of emerging threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it offered better report customization so we, as an agency, can more accurately gauge staff awareness and engagement at both the individual and department levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We expanded our awareness training to cover deepfakes and other AI-driven threat areas our previous provider couldn’t support.

User-Friendly Security Training with Granular, Department-Specific Content

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really user friendly, they not only do training, but they offer content such as posters based on various security scenarios that I can place around the office or use for marketing purposes. It has items for each department so even compliance and HR can use it to deploy training if necessary. Assigning trainings get very granular and can be specific to departments and they are very straight forward and easy to digest as opposed to being 30+ minutes each.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit hard to identify which email addresses need to be whitelisted for the phishing campaigns, but the documentation is available and support is there when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the platform’s additional functionality. Unlike its predecessors in our environment, we’re able to create custom training with the help of AI. The platform also provides analysis of phishing emails, with the option to include plugins that help with this, such as VirusTotal. On top of that, if a malicious email is detected, we can remove it from users’ inboxes.

Excellent onboarding, strong simulation depth, and an API growing quickly

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The smoothest vendor onboarding I have run in a while. Okta SCIM, SAML for both the admin and employee apps, Slack notifications, HRIS postback, and the Gmail phish alert button all went in without drama, and the help-centre docs were accurate enough to configure from directly.

The simulation data is a clear step up on our previous platform: per-user opened, clicked, credentials entered, reported, QR scanned, and deepfake played. Phish Triage auto-remediation is fast and reversible, which cut manual review load substantially, and the training library is broad, multi-language, and mapped to the frameworks we get audited on.

Creating content is very easy and customizable and the UI is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much, and our one friction point says more about us than them. We are a fairly fringe case, a company that builds integration software wanting to drive its training platform from it, and the API is still early, so configuration stays in the portal and integrations poll rather than subscribe. It is expanding quickly, so I read that as sequencing more than a shortcoming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced our previous awareness training and phishing platform ahead of a SOC 2 audit, consolidating training delivery, completion tracking, and simulations into one place with identity-driven provisioning. Completion now flows back to our HR system automatically instead of living in an unreliable spreadsheet, which is the part that genuinely improved our audit posture, and Phish Triage handles the bulk of reported mail without an analyst touching it.
