What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Adaptive Security is the continuous identifying of risk, prioritizing what matters, and responding faster than traditional tools. Some of the tools include the following:

Continuous threat detection and risk visibility: Instead of one time checks, Adaptive keeps monitoring signals to spot suspicious behavior and emerging threats.

Automation for investigation and response: Helps reduce analyst workload by triaging alerts, correlating events, and suggesting or executing next steps.

Context-aware findings: Not just “something is wrong,” but more actionable insights (why it’s likely an issue, affected assets, and recommended remediation).

Reporting and compliance support: Dashboards and audit ready outputs that help show security posture over time and support governance requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?

My only dislike was the whitelisting process. Since we use Barracuda and Microsoft 365, we ran into some challenges ensuring everything was whitelisted correctly in both systems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

One major benefit is that when our environment experiences multiple instances of the same type of phishing attempt, Adaptive allows us to remove them in just a few clicks. This saves time and enables our team to start analysis much sooner.

What do you like best about the product?

The team is responsive, flexible and willing to work with us on contract terms and implementation. They have comprehensive and interesting infosec training content that our users actually enjoy watching. The realistic and customized phishing, vishing, and deepfake campaigns are excellent. The tool is also easy to set up and configure.

What do you dislike about the product?

The onboarding process could have been more in depth in terms of reviewing and understanding the platform and all the features available to us, so we are still exploring the full feature set.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Preparing employees for AI-powered social engineering attacks, running realistic phishing simulations that measure our readiness, and helping us build a proactive security culture through education and testing.

What do you like best about the product?

AI-driven phishing simulations feel authentic and genuinely challenge employees.
Training modules are modern, relevant, and easy to roll out across the team.
Intuitive platform with excellent support from the customer success team.

What do you dislike about the product?

More content variety is always welcome, but the current library has been strong

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed a security awareness platform that employees would actually engage with and complete.
Phishing simulations raise awareness across the organisation and help reduce risk.
Straightforward platform management frees up IT time for other priorities.

What do you like best about the product?

This feels like a significant step up from our previous vendor. The interface is cleaner, the content is better, and overall it’s much easier to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?

Remediation groups are difficult to manage. You end up needing a separate remediation group for each subsequent phishing simulation failure, which makes the process harder to maintain over time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from a legacy security awareness tool to a platform that’s easier to administer and more engaging for end users. It’s also helped us build more consistent security habits across the organization through ongoing training and simulations.

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use for deploying trainings across the enterprise, the integration of AI into helping rapidly change training to align to evolving threats and their sophisticated phishing simulations.

What do you dislike about the product?

At the moment, I don’t have anything to dislike about Adaptive. The only initial gap we ran into was with their API, but they’ve since improved it and expanded the data available through the API.

It provides modern security awareness training and phishing simulations that feel practical and engaging, not just compliance checkbox exercises.

What do you like best about the product?

The best about Adaptive Security is security control adjustments based on current risk level

What do you dislike about the product?

Dislike about Adaptive Security is tuning its policy. It provides many false positives and it may lead to additional overhead for legitimate users

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that Adaptive Security solving for me is zero trust security architecture for my application

What do you like best about the product?

The phish alert button has been a real game changer for us. Our team loves it, and it’s become a natural part of how we handle suspicious emails day to day. It was also very easy to deploy and manage, even with a very small IT team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t found a single thing to be dissatisfied with on the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helped keep security awareness top of mind without disrupting our day-to-day work. Even our busiest people have been able to find time to complete the training. It also gives our team a simple way to flag suspicious emails with the Phish Alert Button!

What do you like best about the product?

The Conan O'Brien training content is a real difference maker that connects to our employees, it's funnier and more engaging than anything I've seen from others in this space.
- The quality of the phishing library saved me from building campaigns myself.
- The deepfake training is way beyond others in this space.

What do you dislike about the product?

More advanced options are coming and it takes some setup with our firewall.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Getting the real risk of deepfakes in from of our employees
-Making security awareness training something employees genuinely engage with rather than hate

What do you like best about the product?

Moving to Adaptive from our previous vendor was a clear step up in platform quality and ease of use. The training content is modern and actually engaging. It covers AI powered threats like deepfakes and voice scams, not just the same phishing modules everyone has seen a dozen times. The reporting also gives me the visibility I need into where we stand without digging for it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much to complain about so far. I would like to see more options for benchmarking our results against industry peers so I can put our numbers in context. That would be a nice addition but it has not slowed us down.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had outgrown our previous security awareness platform and needed something built for how fast social engineering attacks are evolving. Attackers are using AI to generate convincing phishing emails, voice scams, and deepfakes, and our old training content was not keeping pace with any of that. Adaptive fills that gap. Our team trains on realistic simulations across email, text, and voice instead of the same recycled modules, and employees actually engage with the content instead of clicking through it. The reporting shows me where our risk sits by department and channel, which makes it easy to target follow up training where it matters. The biggest benefit is that leadership now has real confidence that we are prepared for sophisticated attacks rather than just checking a compliance box for auditors.

Does exactly what we need, highly configurable, great AI tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

Reporting configurability could be slightly better.
