What do you like best about the product?

I use Adaptive Security for security awareness training and phishing simulations for our end users. The training is engaging, relevant, and up to date, and I value the comprehensive reporting and metrics. I can easily generate custom modules with AI based on company-specific threats, with little further manual intervention. I like how easy the platform is to use and its comprehensive feature list, which ticks all our must-have boxes. The development team is always working on and releasing new features. I also like the tool for building phishing simulations based on real threats we see in the company. Setup was very easy, and Adaptive Security’s support was helpful and attentive during the domain-whitelisting process.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some phishing domains are taken out of production quite regularly because email security systems flag them, and the Adaptive Security team has to work on getting them unflagged. This reduces the variation of phishing domains sent to our end users. Domain whitelisting was also quite tricky during setup. I’d like domains to be pre-authorized with Microsoft, Proofpoint, and other email security vendors, and to be notified when a phishing domain in use is temporarily taken out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adaptive Security gives our end users engaging, relevant, up-to-date security training, with comprehensive reporting and metrics. I can easily generate custom modules based on company-specific threats with AI, without much further manual intervention.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Adaptive Security is how realistic and current the training feels. The phishing simulations go beyond email to include SMS, voice calls, and deepfakes, which matches the kinds of attacks our employees actually face today.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn’t much I dislike, but there are a few areas for improvement. I’d like to see more options for customizing templates so we can better match our internal branding and scenarios.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adaptive Security helps us address the human side of cybersecurity, which is where most attacks begin. Before using it, our security awareness training felt outdated and focused mainly on basic email phishing, while attackers were moving to more convincing methods like AI-generated emails, text message scams, voice phishing, and deepfake impersonation of executives.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how intuitive it is, and how much it takes off my plate. They’re always adding new training modules, which keeps things feeling fresh. It also sends Teams messages and emails as reminders, and will even ping managers when their users are getting close to training deadlines.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't found anything to really dislike about it yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to easily complete computer safety training for my employees as well as simulated phishing. Their AI component does a great job tailoring the phishing simulation based on individual threats in our environment. It also allows me to create trainings based on our in-house policies and SOPs which is great.

What do you like best about the product?

We switched to Adaptive Security to upgrade our security awareness training, and the results have exceeded our expectations. The platform is incredibly easy to use and completely automates employee onboarding and ongoing training, which is a massive time-saver for our small IT team. The multichannel phishing simulations—especially the executive deepfakes and SMS tests—are unmatched in realism. It gives us great visibility into our digital footprint and weaknesses without requiring constant manual oversight. The UI is modern, the integrations work flawlessly, and user feedback from our employees has been highly positive. 10/10!

What do you dislike about the product?

A few users felt that the custom AI generation tools within the phishing simulator felt slightly limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adaptive combines simulation data with automated inbox remediation and AI-powered Phish Triage to instantly neutralize actual threats.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Adaptive Security very easy to use, and the software is straightforward while covering a wide variety of situations. The support is very helpful, and the phishing simulation setup is easy to handle. Getting started was very easy too; we had a few setup sessions with the Adaptive team and were ready to go. It also seemed to cover our needs better than Microsoft’s basic phishing software.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have no dislikes about Adaptive at this time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Adaptive Security to test our staff’s security awareness and train them.

What do you like best about the product?

Our staff seem to be completing the videos and retaining information from them, so the content is good. I also like that it's easy to select and assign modules to individuals or groups as needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

The phishing simulations caused consternation with our staff because when opening the email on a computer, they can hover over a link to see if it looks suspicious or not, but when they are on their phones, the only way to see the link is to press and hold, which preloads it and automatically fails them. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with the way it interacts with Outlook/the Apple Mail app, or if it just needs better reporting on what caused them to fail, but it's an issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're teaching our staff how to recognize AI scams in particular, and Adaptive does a good job of that. It also allows us to include a set of modules for all new staff members to complete as part of their onboarding, which is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

The training videos are intuitive and the phishing simulations have really helped us identify staff needing additional training.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike when the training videos are entirely AI generated. Have a real person on those videos, even for narration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phishing was a problem at our org until we rolled out Adaptive. With some incentives, all of our staff take it pretty seriously now.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that it is a small and growing company and platform. Feels like we are part of something and not just a customer. I also like that content can be AI generated and quick extensively edited as well as auto-voice over.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some small things that stick out. For instance, when I want to change out a graphic, I cannot get a new AI generated graphic to fit the same style as the existing ones on the Frame. Also, the content is still growing. For instance, not only are we left out for being Canadian with our own policies, laws, and regulations that aren't captured. But it looks like we'd need to be the state of Texas in order to have content specific to us. I'd love to have access to not only Canadian content, but also NPO specific content as users from NPOs tend to feel like we are small potatoes and not at risk. Also, we are unable to assign training to Guest users in our organization which has been a barrier. For some contractors who work directly with us, we onboard them via their personal email address as we just need to provide them a login and tracking, not email. But due to this, they have a different email domain and Adaptive can't sync them over SSO.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's doing great for engaging training. The Conan stuff is excellent. The videos are generally quite engaging and helpful to keep audience attention, but the Conan content does an excellent job at getting their attention in the first place.

What do you like best about the product?

The UI/UX is clean and modern, and the ability to generate training modules from internal documentation is a helpful feature.

What do you dislike about the product?

No major concerns or dislikes, one improvement that would be appreciated would be more reporting and visualization options

Helping deliver tailored security awareness training, and providing coverage for phishing simulations across our organization

What do you like best about the product?

The training material is excellent. High production value and very engaging. Our employees give great feedback on it. Phishing campaigns are fantastic and email security is great too! Very easy integration with helpful instructions. Intuitive UI and their support staff is always fast and friendly. More affordable than other options we've tested.

What do you dislike about the product?

There really aren't any negatives. It fits our business perfectly and is financially a perfect fit for what we were looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed up to date and topical security and office training material. We got that and more with Adaptive and easily integrated it with our legacy LMS. It's easier to deploy phishing campaigns and get useful analytics from them.
