Adaptive: Fast-Evolving, Easy Setup, and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive is one of the very few cybersecurity organizations that evolve as quickly as bad actors do. Initial set up was extremely easy, and connected directly to our M365 environment. Within a month of getting set up, they were reaching out to let us know about significant new features they had added. Their support has been fantastic, which quick and helpful answers to questions large and small. Reporting is clear and concise, delivering exactly what information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any real downsides yet - everything has been fantastic, including cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a healthcare organization, phishing is top of mind and always an outstanding question from company leadership. This is a big step forward for us.
Modern, Intuitive Security Platform with Powerful AI-based Phish Triage
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing simulations and OSINT risk analytics give us clear visibility into human vulnerabilities. The Phish Triage functionality is especially strong (one of my favourite feature!), helping us handle real incidents quickly and confidently with the help of AI-based analysis. We also appreciate how easy it is to edit and personalize the training modules. Overall, everything feels much more modern and intuitive than our previous platform. Implementation was quick and easy. The level of support from our CSM has been outstanding. While I administer the platform, I also appreciate the learning modules as a end-user.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Adaptive Security performs well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform has a relatively limited library of phishing simulation templates, which means campaigns often require more manual setup compared to other, more mature platforms. There’s also some rigidity in the system, for example, you can’t edit ongoing campaigns without terminating them first, which makes quick adjustments a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive automates training and reporting, reduces manual overhead, and quantifies behavioral risk. It’s improved employee phishing awareness and given us actionable data for our security roadmap.

Adaptive’s phishing simulations are realistic, and the reporting is clear and actionable. The automation keeps everything running smoothly without requiring constant oversight, making it easy to maintain awareness across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see a few more customizable campaign templates specific to tech and AI industries, but the existing ones are diverse and well-crafted.

Adaptive automates awareness training, helps our team recognize phishing attempts, and gives us clear visibility into engagement and improvement. It’s saved time and boosted our team’s overall security mindfulness.
Adaptive keeps awareness relevant and impactful
What do you like best about the product?
The AI-driven phishing and smishing simulations are outstanding: they’re realistic, easy to deploy, and help our users recognize real-world attacks. The reporting features make it simple to track progress and pinpoint who needs extra coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more variety in the phishing templates related to healthcare and nonprofit operations, though new ones are added regularly.

Adaptive automates our awareness program and ensures users stay informed on evolving threats. It’s reduced risky clicks and helped us build a culture of accountability around security.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and has helped improve our visibility into trends and employee engagement. The service provided is excellent; the team is both responsive and knowledgeable. The administration of the platform is intuitive and straight forward. The iteration of the platform and addition of new features has been great and frequent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any negative experiences. It is something that is both rare and welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive has allowed us to automate awareness training and phishing testing while improving engagement across all departments. It’s been instrumental in strengthening our overall human risk posture and meeting compliance standards. It is nice to see a product have such a positive impact.
Smooth UI and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely smooth to use, nice and smooth UI, great content and support

Could be slightly better utilized for metrics and KPI numbers/reporting, along with more control over different admin roles

Finding a way to make security training fun and captivating for users and easy for administrators
Best Phishing Training We've Experienced—No Complaints So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Their phishing tests/training are far better then any other previous product we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had any complaints to date by me or the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of awareness training reduces the overall ongoing administration. Phish test combined with visual AI training along with triage have been a game changer for our business.
Easy to manage, engaging for staff, and highly effective
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive offers training modules that are concise, relevant, and easy to implement, making them ideal for teams with limited time to manage such services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience would benefit from some layout adjustments, which could make navigation easier for staff members who need to complete training packets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive has made it much easier for us to deliver training across different locations. It has significantly reduced the time we used to spend manually tracking progress, and it has played a key role in fostering a genuine security-focused culture among our employees.
Cutting-Edge AI Training and Effortless Campaign Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how advanced their AI-based training and simulated 'attack' scenarios are. Setting up testing campaigns is straightforward, thanks to the regularly updated training materials. In the past, with other products, I had to manually update content by adding new material and removing outdated resources, but that's no longer necessary here. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with—from sales to engineering—was genuinely helpful and pleasant to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, I haven't encountered anything that has been frustrating or failed to work as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness training, along with simulated phishing attacks, helps ensure that my users remain vigilant about existing threats. It teaches them how to recognize these dangers and avoid falling victim to such attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive’s automation, analytics, and AI-driven phishing capabilities are a perfect combination. It helps us build awareness programs that reflect real-world threats while keeping users genuinely engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outbound deepfake and vishing testing aren’t available yet due to current regulatory limits, but once cleared, they’ll make the platform even more comprehensive.

Adaptive has turned awareness from a manual checkbox task into a data-backed risk program. It gives clear insight into how employees behave under real threat scenarios and helps us drive measurable improvement across departments.
