Easy Training Creation with No Prior Skills Needed
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a training from scratch. I did not need any prior skills to be able to create solid training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how buggy the group setting is within a campaign build. If I were to initiate a campaign, everytime I started to create a group I ran into an issue. I had to create the group prior to the campaign to flow without issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create compliance training with tracking features. Prior I was holding manual trainings in person. Adaptive allows me to automate a lot of the trainings I held yearly.
A Must Have Security Training and Awareness Solution
What do you like best about the product?
We use Adaptive Security primarily for the training modules, but there are many additional features that sold us on Adaptive. I definitely like the breakdown of the training modules better with Adaptive, compared to our previous solution. The platform feels like a real upgrade; it's modern and intuitive. The branding and customization are great. The management features are outstanding, and I really love the dashboards and notifications. The product feels polished, and we get advanced features such as deepfake, smishing, and AI capabilities. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
New product rollouts require some adaptation on our end to keep pace, but it's ultimately a good thing for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security replaced an older solution, improving employee engagement and awareness, and offers advanced features like deepfake, smishing, and AI capabilities that didn't exist in legacy products. They are addressing current and emerging challenges that many organizations are facing.
Realistic Phishing Templates and Tailored Training That Strengthen Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
The advanced phishing templates from vendors we use look incredibly realistic, which is awesome for testing our employees.
The AI persona is very cool, even to just play around with. Adaptive is clearly at the forefront of these threats.
Adaptive’s tailored remediation training based on attack vectors is incredibly helpful for training our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit the training notifications, but the Adaptive team is working on implementing this feature now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to customize all training offerings in the platform to tailor it to our organization and the ability to create custom training within the platform rather than needing to use another service.
Consistently Innovative Features That Stay Ahead of Evolving Threats
What do you like best about the product?
They consistently roll out new features that keep pace with the evolving threat landscape, something we haven't seen from other vendors, if at all. It's clear the product team is genuinely invested in staying ahead of attackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing test feature has a lot more difficult tests than easy ones. Some users may get caught off guard by the harder tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a usability standpoint, the platform is remarkably intuitive and easy to use—unlike our previous vendor. Support was also fast and responsive, which saved us time. With the old vendor, users weren’t engaged and were turned off by the training, but with Adaptive it felt more “fun” and engaging.
Easy to Launch, Boosted Training Completion and Streamlined Email Triage
What do you like best about the product?
The Adaptive platform was easy to get up and running.
Since we brought on Adaptive, our organization’s training completion rate has increased significantly.
Adaptive Triage’s auto-classification of spam and malicious email reports has been a great addition. It has noticeably reduced the time our helpdesk spends classifying reported emails, which has made the overall process much more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the Security Awareness Training although the interactive AI modules are great the rest of the training has a bit of a powerpoint feel to it. People like more video and less slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user and manager training reminders have dramatically increased our participation rate in Security Awareness training. The automated tools for classifying reported spam and malicious emails have also dramatically cut down the time the helpdesk spends reviewing reports and getting back to the reporter.
The AI-generated content we can create ourselves is another nice feature. For example, when we roll out a new corporate policy, Adaptive can take that information, generate a training or informational presentation, and collect confirmation that employees have received and acknowledged the policy. This can be done in minutes compared with the old way we handled it.

Adaptive Replaced Three Tools with One—Easy Phishing Setup and Fresh Training Content
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive replaced three different tools with one, which was amazing! Setting up phishing campaigns was straightforward and really easy. The “create scenario from email” button in triage is awesome. Adaptive is “always updating” and provides fresh training content, unlike our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been vocal with the Adaptive Security team about feature requests and they have been VERY responsive. Mind you, these are minor requests, but they treat them as a priority!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love how Adaptive consolidates our toolkit without sacrificing power! Setting up phishing campaigns is a breeze, and the 'create scenario from email' button is a total lifesaver during triage. The best part? The content never gets stale, and the constant updates and fresh training materials are a massive step up from what we used before.

The training content is concise and relevant, and the phishing simulations feel authentic without being overwhelming. Employees actually enjoy participating, which makes it easier to keep awareness consistent across teams.

I’d like a few more creative variations in the simulation templates, but new ones are added often and keep the experience fresh.

Adaptive has made it easier to maintain engagement with security training. It helps employees recognize social engineering tactics and creates a stronger security culture across the organization.
User-Friendly Platform with Realistic Simulations and Quick Trainings

The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. The phishing simulations are realistic but approachable, and the short trainings make it easy for everyone—from staff to management—to stay aware and informed.

Customizable Training and Seamless Integrations with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create fully fledged and custom highly specific training with the AI generator.
I like that they have enterprise plugins ready to go like SCIM and Office365 integrations that are easy to set up.
Customer service has been great as well for all my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a "a la carte" option where end users can login and take trainings, currently we have to manually assign all trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small InfoSec team. Adaptive lets us easily make hyper targeting training if needed by using their AI training module creator. These generated trainings have been fantastic and with the inclusion of OSINT it makes the trainings very personalized to our org.
"Real World" Training and Phishing Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the platform’s ability to combine education with real-world testing. The phishing tests provide valuable insights into user behavior, while the training modules reinforce good practices immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, maybe some of the customization options for phishing templates could be more flexible (even though they can be customized), maybe when tailoring campaigns to specific departments or threat types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security helps us reduce human-related security risks by ensuring employees recognize phishing attempts and follow safe digital practices. It has significantly improved our staff’s awareness, reduced risky behaviors, and strengthened our overall security posture.
