Great Team + Great Software makes the best solution
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Security software hits all the marks I was looking for in a training and phishing package: Innovative, easy to use, constantly updated, integrates with all our products, and most importantly - super easy to implement.
Adaptive Security's sales engineering and support teams have been unbelievably responsive. They are hungry to serve customers and eager to fix issues or make new features that make sense. They will listen to your needs and respond appropriately. They have not disappeared after the sale, but have stayed fully engaged as we work out the kinks.
I use Adaptive every day just because I want to see how my users are doing and it's actually fun to check in.

What do you dislike about the product?
Adaptive is new and innovative and that means we've experienced more bugs than you would get in a more mature system. If you can be tolerant of that, they'll fix things incredibly quickly for you. None of the bugs have been existential, just a little annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive addresses emerging cybersecurity awareness training challenges with timely innovative solutions that are straightforward to evaluate and implement within our existing security framework.
Easy to use, even for someone who doesn't know much about the industry

My team really enjoyed the training - it was personalized and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far! We've been using it for almost 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company needed a cybersecurity training and it was our first one - it is providing the education we needed and more!
The most innovative security awareness platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing simulations are next-level. They pull in real details from our company, so they feel incredibly convincing, and a bit scary, to be honest 😁 It really makes people think twice before clicking. Also, the product team is quick to respond and genuinely listens to feedback, which is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real gripe is that we can’t send training emails from our own domain. That sometimes makes employees suspicious of the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating training. It takes the manual work out of reinforcing lessons, especially for people who keep falling for phishing. The follow-up training is smart, targeted, and helps reduce repeat issues without making anyone feel singled out, which is something employees greatly appreciate.
Best security awareness tool hands down
What do you like best about the product?
The best content I’ve seen combined with real-world phishing simulations that align with current threats. Their team provided us with clear compliance documentation as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to convince the team why this is such an awesome product, so clearer competitive analysis would have helped with that internal stakeholder communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our organization safe from the latest threats. Love that the content genuinely addresses current attack methods.
