Its ok I worked at Verizon and they had top notch it support

I like that there are many options that are suggested and I can input what I need to get fixed
What do you dislike about the product?
That its a little slow in its response time and it seems to lag in menus
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with Microsoft products to be sure but lacks extreme support muscle.
