Charles F. Day & Associates was founded in 1995 and is an established provider of program management, life cycle management, logistics, and business improvement services to the Department of Defense. The business is HUB Zone certified by the SBA, and is veteran-owned/ service disabled veteran owned company. We are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, near Rock Island Arsenal, IL. Charles F. Day & Associates LLC was founded as a platform for dedicated professionals to be able to continue their commitment to our national security after their active duty life was over. We think of the company as a commercial extension and partner of defense, with the role of providing services to our active duty counterparts for which they rely on industry. Our company is composed mainly of former military, family members of military or former military, retired DoD civilians, and HUB Zone residents. Seventy-five percent of our employees are veterans. Our employment strategy is to hire highly qualified individuals with civilian/military experience for those positions requiring DoD/DA specific knowledge, and HUB Zone and active duty spouses for the positions that support the specialized knowledge positions, such as general administrative.
