Your managers and teams can work together to improve their time at work. This delivers an increase in productivity and performance. Our work in this field is new and amazingly exciting for us and others. Managers and staff tell us they feel newly empowered with the insights and practical help they get with the system. It's great to make a difference to people's lives. I'm reminded every time I see a manager's eyes light up as they realise how much better things can be. As founders we've both seen and experienced first-hand the challenges of managing teams in many settings. Both of us know how tough it is for busy and or inexperienced managers to get to the bottom of what's holding back their teams. Following many late nights, long days and weekends 1000's of hours we launched our first version of the service in late 2011. Entrepreneurs, HR and Talent folk loved it! Since then we have been growing steadily focused on delighting our customers, their managers and staff.
