It's great to make a difference to people's lives. I'm reminded every time I see a manager's eyes light up as they realise how much better things can be. As founders we've both seen and experienced first-hand the challenges of managing teams in many settings. Both of us know how tough it is for busy and or inexperienced managers to get to the bottom of what's holding back their teams. Following many late nights, long days and weekends 1000's of hours we launched our first version of the service in late 2011. Entrepreneurs, HR and Talent folk loved it!
