The Vacancy Filler software processes over 2 million candidates a year through our clients' careers pages by either submission via a CV - where the data can be automatically extracted to populate an application form - or by completing a fully customisable application form from the outset. The system will allows recruiters and the hiring manager to fully collaborate on the platform my scoring candidates, adding notes and assigning tests. All candidate communications is via the AWS e-mail service which personalises the e-mail for each candidate as if it?s from the hiring organisation. At the point of offer, the system can generate a contract of employment and other employee on-boarding documents.
