IAM Role and Policies Documentation:
The CloudFormation template creates an IAM role with three associated
policies, each serving a specific purpose for the Imagizer application:

  1. IamPolicyS3: Grants Imagizer read-only access to the specified S3
bucket. This access is essential for retrieving the necessary data
stored in S3 for image processing tasks.

  2. IamPolicyCloudWatchMetrics: Allows Imagizer to write metrics to
Amazon CloudWatch. This is crucial for monitoring the performance and
health of the Imagizer systems, enabling proactive maintenance and issue
    resolution.

  3. IamPolicyCloudWatchLogging: Permits Imagizer to write access and
application logs to Amazon CloudWatch. This logging capability is vital
for tracking user interactions, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring the
    application's security and compliance.
