By leveraging the power of Speech Analytics, SpeechLog provides unprecedented insight into customer interactions. Instead of relying on manual evaluations of a small percentage of interactions, SpeechLog automatically scores 100% of interactions, enabling a more comprehensive and statistically significant evaluation. By examining the contents of interactions, SpeechLog can group contacts into topics, to be used in traffic analysis, and quality sample selections. Contact center efficiency can be significantly improved using SpeechLog's First call resolution rate measurement, root cause analysis, and silence rate analysis functions. SpeechLog also enables compliance by masking sensitive customer information in the interaction, such as credit cards numbers or passwords.
