AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing follows six tiers based on how many touchpoints you monitor. A touchpoint is a specific product, location, function, or staff member customers give feedback on. The 1-Star tier covers 1-5 touchpoints, and each higher tier covers a wider range, up to All-Star for more than 2,500. Every tier includes unlimited users, alerts, and languages. Each tier carries two charges: a recurring subscription fee for the host and a matching one-time setup fee. You pick the tier that fits your touchpoint count and pay both amounts for that level.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one touchpoint for choosing my tier?
A touchpoint is any point in the customer journey you want feedback on. This can be a specific product, service, location, function, or staff member. You count each one you want to track, then pick the tier whose range covers that total.
What happens to my cost if my touchpoint count grows past my tier's range?
You move to the tier that covers your new touchpoint count. Each tier defines a fixed touchpoint range, so exceeding your range means selecting the next applicable tier. You then pay that tier's recurring subscription fee plus its one-time setup fee.
How do the setup fee and the subscription fee combine on my bill?
Each tier has two charges. You pay a one-time setup fee once when you start, tied to your chosen instance level. You also pay a recurring subscription fee for the host at that same level. Both charges match the tier you select.
