What do you like best about the product?
This software allows us to respond to customer complaints as soon as they are made. We have found that customers are more likely to give us another chance to impress them if we respond to them and resolve their situation immediately.
It's easy to use and very easy to implement because it's cloud hosted.

I honestly can't think of a downside. It's pretty terrific.
