    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I have been working on Tealium and some other CDPs for almost 3 years now. The ease of use and the options that Tealium provides is something that other platforms are still trying to evolve. The data connectivity both up-stream and down-stream, the ease of building audiences through the attributes is just great in Tealium!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is a learning curve to their platform, but once you know it it's easy
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Tealium helps us connect all of our data.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Ability to listen for events and then add those as audiences. Little to no programming required. Data connectors work well out of the box. Good documentation.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It seems like variables have to be created in lots of places starting with events and then with audiences. As CDP's mature Tealium may consider bringing more focus to the AudienceStream product as thats the main one marketers are interested in.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Selecting audiences and utilizing real time marketing.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We use Tealium iQ and EventStream to orchestrate our vast number of tags and API connectors. What we like best is how well Tealium is able to support most of our vendors on both the client and server side.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes it takes a long time to get our feature requests implemented. We've been waiting on Consent Orchestration for nearly two years and it has blocked the server-side API integrations for many of our vendors. We also wish the server-side Functions were more affordable because they would be a game-changer for us.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Our previous TMS Signal wasn't sophisticated enough to handle our business needs. Tealium solved a lot of the problems we faced with Signal.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The Tealium CDP is great for easy integration to other products and the ability to see all of my customer data in one place and create audiences. The out of the box connectors and speed to setup is great as they have hundreds of connectors. This has been invaluable to our organization. They are also introducing predictive modeling within the tool (separate processing) this will be a game changer for activating data.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike how when selecting audiences the dates are determined. It only selects a person in the audience for a date range if an event occurred during that time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Having our data in one place to activate numerous audiences, acting like a server side tool for social media platform conversion tracking and remarketing .

    What do you like best about the product?
    I've been using Tealium for quite awhile in different capacities and it has still been a clear winner on several of the offerings, beating out other competitors with much bigger budgets and development teams. I think it is long overdue for a ui design change, but the functionality is still great, both in ease of use and integrating.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the UI is still quite old and could use a refresh. Save/publish times are very slow as well, which is the main reason for not giving a 10/10.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As a consultant for many years, the standards defined by Tealium and how the system is implemented is significantly easier than other platforms to understand and use on a day-to-day.
