Tealium does a great job of centralizing customer data from multiple sources and making it actionable in real time. The integrations are extensive, and the interface gives good visibility into data flows and event tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel complex at first, especially when setting up tags and connectors. It also requires some technical background to fully leverage its capabilities, which can slow down onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges data silos across platforms and teams, giving a complete, real-time view of customer interactions. This improves campaign efficiency, personalization, and overall data governance, helping us make more informed marketing decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Tealium Customer Data Hub has significantly helped us automate workflows, saving time that we can redirect to client engagement and better managing customer flows. Its real-time information updates are crucial for keeping our data correct and actionable. I also love the platform's customizability, which allows it to be adapted to meet specific team needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and integration with different platforms and CRM to be quite difficult. This was especially challenging because I hadn't worked with a platform like this before, and many aspects weren't very intuitive. The learning curve was steep, and it took some time to get used to using it. Additionally, I would prefer if the platform were more user-friendly, so less time would be spent on integration at the beginning. Enabling more actions to be done using Enter rather than clicking would also improve usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Tealium streamlines automation and consolidates customer data, saving time and providing real-time updates for efficient client management.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium is an excellent platform for tag integration and consent management. I've been using it for over a year and find it highly user-friendly and flexible, especially for managing complex tagging requirements. Implementation is straightforward, and the platform adapts well to various business needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
When requesting a new tag for a vendor tool that is not currently available, we have a couple of alternatives. If the specific option is missing, we can use the Tealium custom container as a workaround. Alternatively, the Tealium generic tag can also be used in such cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium Customer Data Hub has been instrumental in helping us address situations where we receive new tagging requests but cannot locate the appropriate vendor tag. The team consistently provides alternative solutions and offers clear guidance on new updates, ensuring we stay informed. Since we have been using Tealium for almost three years, some of our tags were outdated, but the team assisted us in updating them to the latest version and guided us through the process.
