    Overview

Queue-it is a virtual waiting room platform, delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), for managing website and application overload in relation to popular events and activities online. Its online queue system passes surplus visitors to a virtual waiting room and re-directs them back to the website or application on a first-in, first-out basis. Through a web-based admin platform, IT professionals can control the queue configuration and monitor real-time analytics of online peak traffic. Queue-it integrates easily with CDN's, load balancers, ecommerce and ticketing platforms, major SDK's, application platforms and tag management systems.

Queue-it is the leading developer of virtual waiting room services, empowering 1,000+ organizations worldwide to build and nurture trust with 25+ billion visitors annually by delivering reliable, fair, and transparent online experiences. Queue-it helps some of the world's biggest governments, retailers, and ticketing companies to capitalize on peak traffic events by preventing website crashes, blocking bots, and mitigating load-induced errors such as overselling. Queue-it is headquartered in Denmark with offices in the U.S., Australia, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. For more information, please visit https://queue-it.com/aws-waiting-room/  .

Protect with Efficiency and Exceptional Support

    Reviewed on Feb 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like Queue-it for its simplicity, stability, and support. It is a solution that meets expectations when it comes to redirecting a user; it works according to the configuration set on the platform. Additionally, it is not complex to implement. The support is good and they not only respond to help requests but also proactively propose improvements. I also appreciate that migrations to new connectors, like Jakarta 4.x, and integration rules were relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the bots and abuse section can be greatly improved, as sometimes we have bots that we know are bots but they still end up reaching our platform. Basically, for example, the solution should automatically detect obvious things like suspicious user agents, unreliable ASNs, token sharing or reuse, IP changes, etc., without having to configure them as rules, addons, or specific solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Queue-it to protect my platform from traffic spikes, ensuring a good user experience.

High Availability and Impeccable Ease of Use

    Reviewed on Feb 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the high availability and robustness of Queue-it. Their service has never gone down, even with a high number of users. Additionally, I also appreciate the personal service they offer. I also found that the initial setup was very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve is the limit on the naming of some elements, as there are elements like waiting rooms and rules that do not allow certain characters like hyphens or spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Queue-it to protect our infrastructure. It helps us avoid service outages due to high concurrency and many requests, increasing the quality of service.

    Effortless Queuing for High-Traffic Ticketing

    Reviewed on Feb 10, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Queue-it is flexible and easy to set up. It does the job and does what it says on the tin, which is really important for us because we often have to launch events with short notice. If it wasn't easy to use, that would make it hard to get going with launching events quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more customization still looks like an external queuing system. It would be better if it could more thoroughly integrate and look like our web page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Queue-it helps us manage high traffic arriving on the site all at once during big ticket launches.

    Efficient Control and Professional Support

    Reviewed on Feb 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like the professionalism shown by the workers at Queue-it. It is very easy to work with them and everything is always simple and agile. We work with them every year for specific moments and they are always willing to get back in touch at the end of the year, they organize everything with flexibility and are always there when you need something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any pain point where I would say, hey, I don't like it or I think it could be improved. The truth is that I think beyond maybe the platform itself being a little simpler or easier, but maybe it's because we use it infrequently, once a year, and when we want to use it again, we might forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Queue-it as a waiting room to control system performance and availability during high access peaks.

Stable platform and support always available

    Reviewed on Feb 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is stable and, moreover, I have access to both the account manager and someone from the technology team, which allows me to receive help at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model seems too rigid to me and requires a lot of foresight when it comes to scaling. Additionally, the bot detection functionality does not work as I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to make sales in situations where the initial demand is very high.
