Foundations Build for the AWS Landing Zone with Control Tower:
Provide faster AWS cloud adoption through AWS ready environment, and a fully functional multi-account AWS Landing Zone (LZ), ready for workloads migrations.
the following are examples of steps taken for this engagement:
- Review: Customer’s business goals, desired outcomes and success metrics
- Review: review customer's requirements of Account Structure, Networking, Security, Access Management, Guard Rails, Logging and Monitoring
- Design and implement: Create an MVP version of a multi-account AWS Landing Zone including security controls, highly scalable and well-integrated with customer's existing ecosystem, well-defined AWS Organization, OU structure, networking setup, integrated with existing Identity provider, detective and preventative guard rails and service catalog for publishing products
- Provide- documented design, architecture diagram, runbooks and cloud formation templates.

Support
The engagement type for the Landing Zone Accelerator (typically takes 6 weeks to complete) Accelerated implementation of a fully functional multi-account AWS Landing Zone (LZ), ready for workloads:
The followings are examples of steps for this engagement:
- Customer will provide support and approval from its business stakeholders, application owners, IT infrastructure team, and security, as well as any necessary exceptions to standard processes to execute the Project.
- Customer will establish and make available a communication plan and escalation path to quickly resolve risks and issues in connection with this Project.
- Customer will make available on a timely basis such Customer staff who will support AWS in the execution of the tasks described in this proposal.
- Our project scope will be limited to the extent of the requirements defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The proposed timeline is a draft, and A&T and the Customer will review the plan after the project kick-off for any adjustments. All changes will go through the change control process.
Estimated time-line:
- Cloud Architect ~5 hrs./week
- Infrastructure Engineer ~5 hrs./week
- Security Engineer ~2 hrs./week
