Overview
Cloud Economics, the first step in the implementation of FinOps, aims to reduce costs and increase the return of investment in the cloud by optimizing the use of deployed services in the AWS platform.
In order to provide this service, we have developed a four-staged framework which focuses on the Organizational vision, the study and understanding of the deployed services, their use and modes of purchase. With this information, we proceed to develop optimization plans and, lastly, an execution plan which can be implemented by Globant or by the Customer’s own teams.
