What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me access to high-quality marketing materials that help increase brand awareness and boost audience engagement. Project tracking is also one of my favorite features because it lets us monitor projects throughout the implementation phase and update the plan regularly, which makes it easy to track different tasks efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works perfectly and meets the needs of the business. The online support team is available to address specific user needs, and the customer service is excellent as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for production tracking, project management, and reporting. This program helps us manage time effectively, so we can avoid unnecessary delays. It also lets us generate reports that give a clear overview of completed tasks, making it easier to compare progress. Overall, it has helped us save time and money in a realistic and objective way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create and copy boards in Monday Work Management. It eliminates setup time and redundancy by allowing me to easily copy board structures I like to use. This helps maintain standardization of formats and functionality across different boards. I also like that I can easily manage user access on a board-by-board basis and easily add automations--which really streamline my workflow. Monday Work Management has been great for collaborative work and is very intuitive. The ability to have a Gantt Chart view is also important in our business. Initially setting up my first board was easy and I could customize it quickly. Overall, I'm a big fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could wave my magic wand, I would create a section within the "My Work" view that shows "tomorrows" task separate from the rest of the week's task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management centralizes project and task data, reducing reliance on email and text. It eliminates setup time with board copying, maintains standardization, and supports collaborative work effectively.

The platform can have a bit of a learning curve due to its extensive features, and some advanced AI functionality is only available on higher-tier plans. However, once users are familiar with it, the platform is very powerful and intuitive.

monday AI Work Platform helps eliminate manual project tracking and repetitive administrative work through automation and AI. I benefit from having a clear view of priorities, deadlines, and team progress in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized, collaborate effectively, and focus on more strategic work.

Monday pulls data out of messy text blocks, emails, contracts, or CVs and drop them into structured fields and the Writing Assistant helps draft email responses which saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management easy to use, and I appreciate the automations. I like that I can color code things, which is important for me because my brain works in colors, so it helps me tell at a glance what I need to work on. The direct communication feature saves me time, allowing me to send messages without manually typing an email. These features not only keep me organized but also reduce manual work, saving me time and making it more likely to keep track of project details without dropping the ball. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and overall, I find it to be a very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing information with people who aren't already familiar with the platform or using monday Work Management can be frustrating. Team members who don't already have a monday Work Management account or external stakeholders, like third-party collaborators, can't really be brought into my monday.com environment. This means those communications have to stay through email or other means, and I then have to manually transcribe them into monday Work Management to keep track on my end. There may be a workaround for this, but I am not aware of one yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me track time and tasks, preventing missed responsibilities and improving team communication on projects. Automations save time by reducing manual work, color coding organizes tasks visually, and direct communication streamlines project details and keeps everything in check.
