Dimensions summary
You buy this product under a contract based on seat count, all at the Enterprise tier. Three options are offered: 20 seats, 50 seats, and 100 seats. Pricing scales with the number of users you need, so you choose the option that matches your team size. Each option covers the same enterprise-grade feature set; only the included seat quantity differs. To decide, estimate how many people will need editing access, then pick the seat count at or above that number.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one user who needs editing access to boards and data. Viewers with read-only access do not consume seats. You count the people who create, edit, or manage work, then choose the option that meets or exceeds that number.
You change your plan by adding users through the Admin section. It does not happen automatically. Adding seats increases your cost by the added users. Past the refund period, downgrades receive no refund, so estimate your team size carefully before buying.
The Enterprise tier includes AI tools, but the AI work runs on credits. Credits meter each task by complexity, so you pay for work actually done. If your team uses more than the included credits, you buy more as needed, separate from the seat cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the communication in monday Work Management. I can stay connected with coworkers across the country and keep everyone working on a file on the same page when something major goes wrong. We can relay updates quickly. I also like being able to organize files, keep track of recurring problems with different lenders, and tick off details like closing dates, contract end dates, and appraised values. It helps me keep everything on track as I work through different files and move on when I’ve done everything I can.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have many complaints about monday Work Management. Sometimes it bugs out, but I can usually restart the page and it’s fine. I’m not sure if I’ve missed it, but a live chat box with an agent or AI would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to solve communication issues, so my coworkers and I can communicate across the country about specific files we’re having trouble with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform's AI intelligence has helped to expedite turn around times on tasks and projects. Being able to integrate with our key platforms has also helped to increase efficiencies. Overall being able to get more things done in a shorter period of time has raised team morale.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management is useful for companies across different industries, and how easily one can customize it without needing much expertise to build a foundation. The built-in AI features also make things much easier. I use the meeting NoteTaker to help capture and summarize meetings, so I can focus on the calls and ask Sidekick about previous meetings for reference. I also like that I can use Vibe to build apps for tracking financial metrics and working on team OKRs and KPIs. The initial setup was fairly easy, and Monday University and the built-in templates have been helpful. I also appreciate that the platform has many partners that can enhance its built-in functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that monday Work Management’s customizability can lead to duplicated efforts, and it can be hard to know where to put something. Tracking individual work responsibilities also gets messy and it can become more of an admin headache to maintain my to-do list and update the board. It could be user error on our side, and we may need more time to optimize how we use it for individual and team workloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were fragmented across spreadsheets, email, PDFs, and other tools. Monday Work Management gives our company a central space organized by department, team, or board for sharing and collaboration, with checklists that help keep even things like nuanced steps in processing payroll every pay period from falling through the cracks as well as supporting things like onboarding, offboarding, and training.
