With Orion's Digitalization and Hyperautomation services, we support everything from identifying opportunities to implementing digitalization or hyperautomating current processes, reducing your operational costs and optimizing employees' time.

This is a two-stage service. The first stage is the Discovery stage. In this stage, the most impactful processes that can be digitized and automated are identified with the customer through workshops. The processes with the most impacts on the client's business strategy are prioritized, and a strategic roadmap is created.

The second stage is Accelerator. In this stage, the initiatives identified and prioritized during the Discovery stage are executed, including testing and continuous adjustments to optimize performance, maximize results, and put them into production.

This service can be used for multiple processes, for example, for digitizing and automating the employee vacation request process, digitizing the expense reporting and payment approval process, customer and complaint management, resume review, etc.
