Overview
This Jumpstart engagement is designed to quickly and effectively maximise and accelerate adoption of Vault Enterprise. GlobalLogic will work with your teams to establish a Vault Enterprise system which can be used to automate your environment. You will be prepared to adopt this technology and to continue the use of Vault Enterprise once our consultants have completed the engagement.
Work Package 1 – Remote discovery and planning – ½ day
GlobalLogic will work with the customer remotely to plan the project, reviewing aspects such as the expected outcomes for the engagement, planning for the Vault Enterprise workshop and the creation of an outline plan.
Work Package 2 – Vault Enterprise Workshop – 1 day
GlobalLogic will conduct a workshop to determine the desired use of Vault Enterprise, and to review the technical requirements for the successful deployment of the software in customer environment. Security and organisational parameters will be defined and recorded for the subsequent installation of Vault Enterprise.
Work Package 3 – Installation of Vault Enterprise – 1 day
GlobalLogic will conduct the installation of Vault Enterprise using the parameters gathered in Work Package 2.
Work Package 4 – Configuration of Vault Enterprise – 2 days
GlobalLogic will configure Vault Enterprise using the input from Work Package 2. The configuration will be documented and tested to ensure that the system is configured as designed.
Work Package 5 – Creation of Vault Enterprise policies – 5 days
GlobalLogic will assist Customer to create or modify Vault policies in a pair programming model. Modules will be deployed and tested with Customer.
Work Package 6 – Wrap up and Documentation ½ day
GlobalLogic will conclude the engagement with a final meeting to recap activities and to answer final questions from customer. Full documentation will be provided within 10 days.
