Assessment Report

• Identify potential operational risks and provide mitigation plans. ⁃ Evaluate maturity of CCoE across operations governance & financials, performance and automation, and CCoE interfaces. ⁃ Evaluate contract and vendor management in respect to operational efficiency.
  ⁃ Evaluate alignment against the AWS Well Architected Framework six pillars: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimisation, Sustainability.
