Larger room counts raise the total; smaller room counts lower it. The per-room rate itself varies based on which features you select, so your configuration shapes your final price. Billing follows a contract commitment rather than usage or hourly metering. There are no separate tiers or add-on line items in the table. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Pricing is based on the number of guest rooms across your property or portfolio. Each room in your inventory counts toward the total. If you manage several properties, the count spans all of them. Your total scales directly with your combined room count.
The per-room rate depends on which features you select for your configuration. Choosing more capabilities raises the rate; a leaner feature set lowers it. Room count then multiplies against that rate to set your total. Work with the vendor to confirm the rate for your chosen feature set.

Revinate will not refund fees you prepaid (if any) upon such termination or cancellation. Revinate reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before you cancel your account in addition to any applicable cancellation fee(s).
