Our Service Overview

This is a fixed scope Professional Service offering with certified System Engineers who will complete the following:

• Planning - includes a review of the project requirements (new deployment), discuss milestone timelines, identify the stakeholders and follow-up action items
• Discover - IVOXY will provide a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) to assess the technical requirement of the implementation.
• Deployment - perform an initial remote Rubrik Cluster deployment that includes console deployment, authentication configuration and hardening configuration.
• Integration - perform an initial remote Rubrik Cluster integration. IVOXY will review and validate the configuration and the state of the Rubrik integration of third-party services.
• Policy Tuning - IVOXY Consulting will work with the Customer to perform policy tuning.
• Validation - IVOXY Consulting will review and validate the deployment of Rubrik Cluster.
• Knowledge Transfer - IVOXY consultant will provide functional overview upon completion of implementation to provide client with understanding of normal operations and user acceptance testing requirements as per the original project requirements.

Inclusions

This professional services offering includes one Rubrik Cluster deployment with one Brik (at least 3 nodes) with a maximum of 4 nodes. This offering includes configuration for up to 5 virtual machines or 5 servers.

We can also offer services to cover additional components, including replication and switches.
