Methodology

• 1h30 kickoff meeting with the security owner + a tech lead from the audited perimeter to understand your infrastructure and way of working
• 15mn daily stand-up with the tech lead
• 1h audit restitution with the project stakeholders, security owner and tech lead (+ extra team members if relevant)

Deliverables

• Security score /10
• Executive summary of the good points, main risks and actions to take
• Full audit report detailing the vulnerabilities found, risk associated, priority level, and mitigation strategies
