What do you like best about the product?
Every single interaction we have had with a Thoropass representative has been friendly, engaging, and understandable. As a non-technical person, they helped guide me to make informed decisions about what priorities needed to be focused on, how they could support those priorities, and they were exceptionally priced to do business with. Highly recommend them!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were told we needed to have SOC 2 compliance to win a contract and we didn't have the faintest idea on where to begin. Thoropass explained what it was, how it worked, and the various ways to obtain it. They also helped us create a timeline to achieve it, and have been doing WEEKLY check-ins with us to ensure we stay on track.

Soc2 is a nightmare, so having a dedicated cs manager who's always eager to help move things forward is a must. And apart from the way to use platform, thoropass has the best CS

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent integrations with other platform to automatically check off quite a few compliance tasks based on how you have setup existing tools. Provides a simple dashboard to review which items still need work.
The communication along the way was great as well. I was able to easily get answers to any questions I had and there were build in checkpoints to review what comes next.

Occasionally, it seems like one of the integrations would have a glitch, but this was quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass allowed us to quickly and easily get our SOC 2 Type 1 certification. This benefits us by proving to our customers that we take security seriously and have implemented best practices to ensure the security and compliance of our platfrom.
