Rook Advisors provides a service level agreement and round-the-clock coverage for production systems. Severity Level 1, Urgent – Incidents that preclude the ability of your business as a whole to function, or critical issues affecting key employees, will receive a maximum one-hour response, with a resolution or clearly communicated path to resolution within four hours. Severity Level 2, High – Incidents that preclude the ability of your business or employees to perform mission critical business operations will receive a maximum four-hour response, with a resolution or clearly communicated path to resolution within eight hours. Severity Level 3, Medium – Incidents that effect multiple employees, but do not prevent mission critical business operations, or individual employees’ ability to perform business operations, or that ability is in jeopardy will receive a maximum twenty-four-hour response, with a. resolution or clearly communicated path to resolution within forty-eight hours. Severity Level 4, Low – Incidents that impact or inconvenience daily job functions of your company or its employees, but do not preclude them from performing their normal business operations will receive a forty-eight-hour response, with a resolution or clearly communicated path to resolution within five days.
