Vendor refund policy
Customer shall pay to the Supplier the license fees, installation, training and education, Equipment (if any) and other fees stated in the agreement. License Fees and professional services are non-refundable. Title for any Equipment purchased by Customer shall pass once Customer has paid all fees due and payable under the Agreement. In addition, Customer shall pay, or promptly reimburse, Supplier for other costs and expenses incurred by Supplier in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
