The AC3 offering includes 3 packages supporting your business outcome, complexity, and maturity to accelerate the move to Graviton. The packages consist of the following process and deliverables.
- Assessment: Assess your current usage and performance baseline. We’ll review your workload to determine the complexity and suitability of migration to Graviton. To ensure financial compatibility, an analysis of compute usage and compatibility with savings plans and/or reserved instances will be completed.
- Business Case: Written business case providing assessment results, estimated performance and spend improvements and a high-level implementation plan, including total cost of ownership.
- Implementation: Through migration, testing, and operating, we’ll support your move to the Graviton-based services as identified in the business case. At project completion, we will verify performance, spend estimations, and evolve to operate and maintain your workload to ensure you get the most from your investment.
