SASB’s evidence-based, market-informed, and transparent process has identified the financially material ESG factors for each industry. To help organizations secure the rights to incorporate SASB’s intellectual property (IP) into their systems, products, or services, we offer licensing opportunities. An annual license includes IP files, a “SASB Inside” logo, subscription to updates and corrections, technical support, the rights for commercial use of SASB IP, and (if desired) listing on the SASB website . Licensing agreements are contingent on a demonstrated intention to meaningfully integrate the SASB IP into their work.
- SASB Disclosure Topics and the corresponding impact and degree of magnitude they can potentially have on financial drivers (e.g. revenue, operating expenses, non-operating expenses)
- Excel File of all 444 Disclosure Topics and the average of ~5 degrees of connection to financial drivers
- The Financial Drivers provide insights to help determine weighting methodologies which can be parsed based on asset class, time horizon, and other core characteristics aligned with investment processes
- The Financial Drivers cannot be licensed individually and must be paired with either Level I or II of the SASB Standards
