Overview

SoftServe’s Vault Acceleration Program (VAP) is a consultative professional services engagement according to a prescriptive framework with a set of assets that helps customers achieve their value-based technical and business outcomes with Vault. This program leverages SoftServe’s deep understanding of customer needs and knowledge of industry standards. The engagement process is divided into meaningful phases with customer value in each.

Discovery and Interview Phase During this phase, customer needs are identified, and business requirements are mapped to current organizational capabilities, with regulatory requirements considered. An understanding of the customer environment where Vault is deployed and how it is being consumed is built. Vault configuration goals and product adoption goals are identified.

Analysis and Deliverable Phase While focusing on the current state architecture, existing use cases and usage patterns are documented. Perceived pain points and shortcomings are identified.

Readout and Recommendation Phase The following deliverables are provided: executive readout, impact assessment report, remediation recommendations, adoption, training, and reliability next steps.

Collateral is presented with recommendations so they can be used to demonstrate customer value addition and address any gaps in the Vault implementation • Adoption Plan. Shows the path to organization-wide modern Vault implementation • Reliability Plan. Highlights the need for a system reliability engineer’s (SRE) perspective and your company’s capability to provide it • Training Plan. Addresses the skills gap customer practitioners face when scaling with Vault (enterprise/cloud) • Operation Plan. Description of the process of operationalizing Vault for all stakeholders
