It uses native AWS Services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, ELB, CloudWatch and CloudFormation to seamlessly host the application and streamline workflows. It captures all the requests coming from end customers, validates the information from Policy Administration Systems (PAS), processes the requests and finally inserts the updated information into PAS systems.

It is Integrated with multiple core and peripheral systems, it captures end customer requests, validates the information via Policy Administration Systems (PAS), processes the requests, and updates the PAS systems with the validated data.

    • Insurance Unified Workbench (UWB™) Solution empowers users with role-based permissions and configuration-driven business roles. It enables precise user authentication within designated roles or modules, allowing seamless assignment of diverse functionalities based on specific business roles.

    **This Product is a combination of different LOBs of insurance Domain. Details are given below. **

    • Policy Servicing :Handles 250+ Processes which are related to Policy Servicing. Also, a Checklist based routing to further stages.

    • Claims – Handles 100+ Processes which are related to Claims raised by End customers. Also, a Checklist based routing to further stages.

    • Complaints Management – This Module handles the complaints raised by End customers related to Policy/Services provided.

    • Quality Assurance – Quality is the key for any project, so this module handles the Sampling of Policy.

    • HCLTech Insurance Unified Workbench (UWB™) Solution supports API based integration with multiple Policy Administration Systems.

    • Unified Work Bench provides capabilities to agents and Team Leads providing different views/dashboard for them and Teams. Agent can perform Action on assigned request while Team Leads have access to monitor all the tasks raised and getting Processed by Agents.

    • Competency Framework is core strength of this Product as Users having the Competency for specific Process, can only work on such cases.
