A MINI-CONSULTING ENGAGEMENT for CloudBank-funded Researchers The CloudBank Edition of QfRE is specifically for those researchers leveraging CloudBank.org to provide access to pre-configured, pre-funded AWS accounts. If you have been successful in your application for a CloudBank award, have completed your [initial call] with the CloudBank onboarding team, but are unclear how to actually get started with the basics of using AWS for your research, this Quickstarter is intended to help you.

• Accessing your AWS account for the first time
• Making an AWS Marketplace purchase to cover the cost of your consultation, funded out of your CloudBank allocation.
• How to find the key AWS services, and associated documentation you need to conduct your research.
• How to take the first steps in using those key AWS services.
• How to get further specialist help, based on your specific research use case.
