Kickdrum helps your operating team transition from assessment recommendations to actionable plans with a 1-day intensive workshop designed to set your team up for success post-acquisition.

As an add-on to Kickdrum's technology diligence assessment, Kickdrum's team of experts will meet with your operating team to review critical findings and provide additional commentary and areas to focus for further investigation. At the end of this intensive session, your team will be positioned to execute on your technology strategy in alignment with your acquisition thesis.

Here's how it works:

1. Operating Team Ready Readout Kickdrum's experts produce a sanitized version of the Technology Maturity or Technology Risk Assessment reports, ready for review with the operating teams. Kickdrum will redact sensitive details and provide additional tactical implementation recommendations.

2. Intensive Planning and Review Workshop In coordination with your operating team, Kickdrum reviews the Maturity or Risk Assessment, walking through key findings and providing insights into methods for remediation. Through these sessions, Kickdrum will ensure your team has a clear understanding of the strategic objectives, tactical implementation recommendations, priority of remediation, and impact of outstanding risks.
