This is done through an onsite or virtual discovery consultation with our AWS certified architects and your team. As a result, we will deliver a plan of action and recommendations along with the pricing model.

• Customers engage this model when they're at the execution phase for a migration, implementation, or ready to build solutions within their AWS environment.
• How it works: We start with a resource gap analysis, defining timelines, deliverables, and milestones. This allows Brooksource to deploy a custom-built team that matches your specific project needs.

Ongoing Support

• Quality, on-shore teams to maintain and optimize your AWS investment.
• Customers engage this model when they're looking to on-shore resources, support a legacy environment, or they’re in the maintenance phase of their AWS journey.
• How it works: We start with a technical assessment of your environment followed by defining SLAs. Once this is complete, Brooksource can offer several different resourcing strategies for the duration of your needs.
