    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like the reports and AI features in SOCi. The auto responses and the learning agent are particularly helpful. It's an all-in-one hub for social media and reputation management, which makes it really convenient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm not sure just yet, but maybe the reporting features could be more extensive. I think easy implementation of new features like integrating with Glassdoor and Indeed or posting to YouTube would be helpful.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SOCi provides an all-in-one hub for social media and reputation management, with AI features like auto responses and a learning agent. I appreciate the reporting and AI features, which enhance our workflow.

    What do you like best about the product?
    My favorite feature is the ability to generate a response based on the review as well as the ease to personalize responses.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The number of steps it takes to log in to get to SOCi to leave a response to a review. Often times, there is a message denying access.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It gives us the opportunity to respond to reviews on social media, which lets our clients know that we are listening to their feedback and able to improve our brand. It also brings additional clients to the office when the are able to see the office rating and performance of the staff.
