    There is a lot of information and at first glance it can be overwhelming.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Love being able to decide on social media posts in advance and then schedule in advance. Saves time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that SOCi places all reviews and posts in one location, making it easy to respond across different platforms. The AI assistance with reviews is a real time saver. I also love the clean, easy UI and the reporting functionality. The ease of use increases my efficiency, allowing me to spend more time helping clients, patients, and employees. The initial setup was very easy, and I even gave it a 10 for being really easy to use and increasing efficiency.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I like to print reviews to give as positive shout outs to the staff. Maybe a cleaner, nicer print option?

    SOCi places reviews, social media posts, and analytics in one location, making it easy to respond across platforms. The AI assists with reviews, saving time. The clean UI and great reporting increase efficiency, allowing more focus on clients, patients, and employees.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like that everything I need for posting is in one place with SOCi. It simplifies managing social media by allowing me to post across Facebook, Instagram, and Google without opening multiple pages or platforms. The feature that consolidates comments, reviews, and feedback makes it easy to respond. I appreciate how clear the notifications are and how easy it is to track metrics, which helps me stay on track with my goals. Being able to blast out a post to everything is very convenient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't quite understand if it's useful for reels and stories as much. Those integrations aren't quite as clear. The normal photo/video posting is the default, so it's easy to understand. To post a story it looks like it's just a checkbox. It would be nice to have a different tab or section for a reel or story if possible.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SOCi consolidates everything I need for posting and managing comments, reviews, and feedback, making responses easy. I don't have to open each social media page individually, and I appreciate being able to track metrics to hit my goals.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find the AI auto-generated responses in SOCi amazing and extremely helpful for my veterinary clinic. I really like the ability to schedule posts, which is very helpful as it allows me to set a future date for social media posts and complete them in advance when I'm not as busy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not much explanation on how to read the graphs and charts. Seems busy.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use SOCi for our veterinary clinic to view reviews and maintain social media pages. The AI-generated responses are amazing and extremely helpful, while scheduling posts helps me manage timing better by allowing me to plan ahead when I'm less busy.
