Overview

Here’s what we do in two weeks:

Data Discovery & Design information gathering sessions with your stakeholders to identify key requirements such as:

  • Dashboard design and format
  • Confirmation of data availability
  • Confirmation of any formulas and business rules that apply to the dataset

We finish by confirming that our proposed design will meet requirements.

Dashboard Development and UAT take the design and turn it into a production ready dashboard which entails:

  • Development of 1 dashboard in Quicksight containing 1 tab with up to 4-12 visuals
  • 1 review session with your team to collect feedback and update requests
  • Updates based on the feedback from our review session

At this point, the dashboard is built and ready for use.

Handoff the last things we do are:

  • Test the dashboard once more to ensure that everything works in your production environment
  • Hold a knowledge transfer session with your team

There are a few important things to know about this process which include:

  • For this project, we work with a single table of data hosted in AWS
  • We need that table formatted & structured properly for reporting before we begin
  • This is a quick project, delivered over an uninterrupted two-week period
  • If we finish early, we're happy to make additional updates during those two-weeks

Also, if this model doesn't quite fit with your goals or how your team works, that's ok. We're happy to work with you to develop a project plan that's a better fit.
