Over a five day collaborative workshop, Thoughtworks experts bring industry and data insights to craft your core banking modernization strategy and roadmap. Thoughtworks’ consultants will collaborate with your key stakeholders, including representatives from business, data, applications, and infrastructure, to explore how your organization can overcome the challenges you face with your legacy systems.

By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with a strong understanding of potential use cases, a prioritized minimum viable product (MVP) use case, data product requirements, technology dependencies, value outcomes, KPIs, an execution plan, key milestones, and a draft team structure.
