Overview

Knowledge Pilot is a conversational agent and a Digital Accelerator Generative AI toolkit that is designed to empower knowledge workers, support teams and business functions to enhance their performance in their delivery.

Developed by Eviden, Knowledge Pilot offers an intuitive user interface, and super easy to train and gain meaningful insights which are contextual and semantic searched responses from multiple source systems and from multiple data formats. We can connect Knowledge Pilot integrates seamlessly with third-party systems by using Plug-n-Play Adapters/connectors, allowing fast and efficient information retrieval from platforms like any of your hyperscalers, Known Error Databases (KEDBs), SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, JIRA, Salesforce, Proprietary Enterprise Systems, or any systems easy and super-fast.

This toolkit is built using AWS offerings like Bedrock Generation Model anthropic.claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620-v1:0 (Multi-Modal LLM for text-summarization and multi-lingual support) and Embedding model amazon.titan-embed-text-v1, Elastic OpenSearch (a storage layer), EC2 (for PoCs allowing for scalable, flexible and controlled computing resources) and EKS (for a reliable and scalable platform large scale Enterprise-wide Production rollouts).

Key features of Knowledge Pilot include Explainable AI, Citations, Sources, Scoring and Ranking of Responses, End-to-End Transparency/Traceability, Follow-up Questions, enabled with both Semantic and keyword-based search and Related tickets fetch. KP is designed with two modules—the Ingestion and Inference modules—and three pipelines: the Ticketing Pipeline, Unstructured Data Pipeline, and Structured Data Pipeline. The system is scalable to accommodate additional pipelines and future modifications. Explainable AI feature, which gives rationale of why the response was generated. Prompts with future predictable questions helps user with what they might ask for. Knowledge Pilot is also provisioned with Admin feature, that can control who has access to what information, so that relevant users are able to see only right sets of information. Knowledge Pilot Agents has the capability to get trained on data in any formats.

Knowledge Pilot enhances employee productivity and reduces the need for helpdesk support by efficiently extracting and delivering insights from vast amounts of unstructured data scattered across multiple systems. KP can help gain insights from huge RFP and solution sheets and as well from Compliance documents.
