Planview Service Level Agreement available at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#serviceTerms  for Support Services are available at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#service  Planview Data Processing Agreement found at https://www.planview.com/legal/agreements/#dpa  is incorporated into this Standard Contract by reference and will take precedence over the data processing addendum. The Buyer acknowledges that in the event the Buyer has directly signed with Planview a contract for the Planview Product and associated subscription services, that contract will hold precedence over the Standard Contract.     What do you like best about the product?
    It's the best workflow management tool where adding and maintaining the tasks were made easy with its smooth and nice User Interface. It helps to prioritize the tasks and organize to complete tasks effectively.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Scheduling the work tasks can be made little simpler and in present market it has many competitors,
    except this currently no dislikes about Plainview Portfolio.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps in creating, adding, assigning and organizing tasks of the project within the team. Using this tools we can able to easily manage large projects effectively.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Simple set-ups and plugins. Capable of priori sing urgent projects, online time approvals, adding due dates and assignees, mass chatting, time tracking and estimations. Sophisticated graphical-user-interface.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing to dislike upon it's functionality and services since it meets beyond we expected initially.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Agility in projects management, workflow management and cuts cost of hiring many PMs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Functionality to manage portfolios / projects and the abilities to customize lifecycle workflows with a simple or complex approval process. Ease of reporting across all functionality using standard reports or create your own with power BI.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    UX screen design needs to get an overhaul and add the ability to have the input screen allow dynamic emntry based on data entered/provided by a user. I.e. show / hide certain areas and even make certain fields required based on user input.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Planview Portfolios, as it is called now, allows for portfolio / project and resource management enabling what if and forward-looking planning based on supply and demand.

    At this time there isn't anything that I dislike about this tool.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Planview has been working on making the user interface of Enterprise One consistent with their other tools.
