• Inspection Reports: Inspection report details for all sites visited by OSHA. Site addresses, ownership information, union indicators, inspection results, and violation types.
• Violation Reports: Violation report details for all sites inspected by OSHA. Violation types, dates, penalties assessed, contested amounts, and other details pertaining to the individual violations cited.
