Provide four cycles of migrations from on-premises into the target AWS infrastructure. The cycles are comprised of:
- Cycle 1 - Initial AWS build and migration, support of customer development, system and integration testing
- Cycle 2 – Second AWS build and migration, support of customer user acceptance testing, operational (technical) testing and support of customer performance testing
- Cycle 3 – Dry-run (built on production AWS infrastructure)
- Cycle 4 - Go-live
