Where do we start with a Center of Excellence (CoE) or cloud governance model?

• When you're faced with a cloud migration or modernization, or in other words, a challenging cloud transformation project in AWS, you will need to create an organizational plan that addresses and maps to how your organizational, IT architecture and governance structure will function with success within a cloud operating model. This is independent of your type of organization, if you're a healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, government or commercial IT organizational stakeholder. Bedroc will meet you at your particular stage of your cloud journey and help address the organizational and process transformation that needs to occur by meeting and co-planning a structural blueprint of "how to get there" for key team leaders.

How do we obtain strategic and tactical IT Ops, Organizational and Engineering Guidance?

We offer a model that involves in-depth analysis of current state and future state, a roadmap that includes a software defined model and the process phase of how you will get there, but will involve embracing an operationally-efficient and organizationally adopted methodology based on Agile SAFe, SCRUM or lean methodology.
