Cloud Readiness Assessment

Conduct a Cloud Readiness Assessment to analyze current infrastructure and solution architectures for cloud readiness and strategic alignment in this context.

This includes the following activities in particular:

• Preparation of the workshops based on the current information regarding the goals and vision for your company's IT, the agreed questionnaire and the framework conditions.
• Conducting the workshop on site (alternatively remotely via teams) The Cloud Readiness Assessment covers the following topics: ** From the company's point of view: solution strategy, maturity level and methodology, as well as cost and licensing models. ** From the perspective of the application or corresponding application clusters: cost-effectiveness & efficiency, scalability and flexibility, fail-safety and reliability, build, deployment and test automation, future viability and user experience
• Provision of the results in the central results document, in particular with regard to the following points ** What does "cloud readiness" mean to you? ** Which topic clusters are relevant for the classification of cloud readiness? ** What cloud readiness is targeted for the individual topic clusters? ** Which fields of action exist for each topic cluster? ** Reasons for and against increasing cloudification.
• Presentation of the key points

The workshop can cover nearly every AWS-Service whether IaaS or PaaS - like AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, VPC, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, Athena, API-Gateway, EBS, EFS, FsX and so on.
