  • Copilot Mode: In this mode, we act as a trusted partner, working alongside the client's team to co-manage the Cloud infrastructure. We provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization, while the client retains a level of control and involvement in decision-making.

  • Autopilot Mode: In this mode, we take full responsibility for managing and optimizing the client's Cloud infrastructure. Our expert team handles all aspects, from monitoring and maintenance to proactive problem-solving, allowing the client to focus entirely on their core business activities.

The Assisted mode is designed for organizations seeking a more traditional Cloud infrastructure management service. In this mode, we take full responsibility for the client's daily operational activities and administration of their Cloud infrastructure, acting as a centralized IT Service Management (ITSM) entity. Our team of expert technicians works closely with the organization to ensure efficient and reliable management of cloud resources. This includes initial infrastructure setup, implementation of security policies, resource optimization, proactive performance monitoring, and timely issue resolution. We act as an extension of the client's operations team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's specific needs and provide customized solutions.

The Assisted mode guarantees comprehensive and professional management of the organization's cloud infrastructure, allowing clients to focus on their core activities without worrying about complex operational aspects. In particular, we take care of:
