Overview
Pluralsight will provide a Technical Onboarding Consultant (TOC) for an initial 90 days period beginning with a kick-off call between Pluralsight and the Customer. Following Discovery by the assigned TOC, Pluralsight will provide an Onboarding Plan with associated activities and timelines, assign resources to tasks, identify critical paths, and schedule regular checkpoint meetings with the Customer’s designated contact to assist in the timely completion of the Onboarding Plan. Flow ProServ Onboarding includes: Single Sign-On, onboarding strategy plan to be created by the parties, assigned Technical Onboarding Consultant, configuration services, and up to 8 hours of enablement training. The enablement training sessions include executive training, overview training, advanced training, data walk, and individual contributor training. Unless otherwise outlined in an executed SOW between the Parties, Customer must engage with Pluralsight to commence ProServ Onboarding Services within ninety (90) days of the start date listed on the Sales Order and such work shall be completed within ninety (90) days thereafter.
