Infor FHIR Bridge On-Ramp (IFOR) is a clinical integration solution that bridges the gap between legacy data and the modern FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard. This solution has preconfigured mappings to convert HL7 v2 and CDA to FHIR. These mappings have been tested by Infor to load directly into AWS Healthlake. Once in AWS Healthlake, the user can leverage AWS tools to do analytics and make clinical decisions.
