Overview
The Unity Private Cloud Deployment Pack provides technical services and resources to deploy an AWS image of Unity to the client’s private cloud. These services typically build on the results of a technical and infrastructure assessment. This deployment pack includes the services required to deploy the Unity server to baseline functionality.
AWS Server Deployment – We will deploy Unity via AWS to the client’s private cloud and ensure security parameters are met.
Deploy Unity Connectors – Working with the client source system connectors will be deployed, connected, and tested.
Build Initial Index – If appropriate we will build and test the initial Unity Intelligence Index.
Create and Test UI Components – We will test the implementation by configuring up to six User Interface components inclusive of Lightening UI components. On request this effort will include testing of Unity API access via a test harness.

Support
This service offering includes 120 hours of post-deployment support and training to ensure our clients realize immediate benefit from Unity. Subscription to Unity product licenses also includes access to our product support, documentation, and training collaterals.
During the post-deployment support term, the client will have direct access to the deployment team for immediate response to questions, issues, or for training.
